Guideline for formatting

Please, 
 1. use Arial/Trebuchet/Verdana fonts for your post,
 2. use NORMAL size fonts.
 3. do not use any blank space at the beginning of the post
 4. do not put any blank space after the post.
 5. Do no use pictures having widht more than 650 px
